The data that is obtained is then usually used for illicit purposes. Please mark the email as spam and delete the email.

* News!  January 30, 2018 - The Wayne Ranch playground areas park sand roto-tilling has been completed!

* News!  Pinal County has been creating and updating information about San Tan Valley.

* News!  During the Open Board Meeting on May 24, 2017, the Board present at the meeting unanimously adopted a Street Parking Policy to enforce the parking restrictions identified in the CC&R's, rescinding all previous Parking Policies. The Board understands that many homeowners will agree with the parking restriction enforcement, while many others will not agree. However. the Board of Directors has a fiduciary duty to uphold the CC&R's as written. They are also tasked with establishing Rules and Regulation providing of the health, safety and welfare of the Residents and Visitors of Wayne Ranch Community Association.

Please read through the Street Parking Policy and ensure that all residents living in your home are aware of the Rules. Only guests are allowed to park on the street (up to 10 hours!) and must not be parked directly across the street from another vehicle. All other vehicles parked in the street are in violation of the CC&R's.  Random parking inspections have started, and notices began being sent out on July 10, 2017.

At the end of the day, the Board is doing what it feels is right for the majority of homeowners, puts the HOA at least risk of liability and is doing what is best for the health, safety and welfare and enhancing the appearance and value of the community, based on consultation with legal and professional counsel.

Please contact Preferred Communities with questions and/or concerns you may have regarding the Street Parking Policy. The Parking Resolution, CC&R's, and other governing documents can be reviewed on the Wayne Ranch Governing Documents page.
